Group Fitness

Max Fitness offers classes for all fitness levels.  Our Instructors can differentiate the class programming and cue effectively so everyone gets an awesome workout.

If you are new to a class, arrive 10 minutes prior to start time and introduce yourself to the instructor.  Bring a water bottle and sweat towel for your convenience.
